At Girl In Mind, we want you to love your new outfit, but if it isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Package Your Items
Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.
Generate Your Label
Visit our online returns portal to select your preferred courier method and print your prepaid return shipping label or generate a digital QR code.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point or post office, making sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
